Sunny Harvest Produce Co. is a certified organic farm in Ben Luc District, Long An Province — built on the belief that good food starts with honest land. We hold dual certification under OneCert International and the USDA National Organic Program, making us one of the very few farms in Vietnam to hold both standards simultaneously.

Our Beginning

Sunny Harvest was built on a simple idea: that organic farming in Vietnam could be done properly — with full certification, honest documentation, and produce that buyers could trust completely.

We are a family-owned farm located in the Mekong Delta region, known for its fertile alluvial soil and year-round agricultural climate. Our farm grows vegetables, herbs, and specialty crops across 43 varieties using fully organic methods — no shortcuts, no synthetic inputs, no compromises.

These certifications aren’t marketing. They represent years of soil preparation, meticulous documentation, and third-party inspection. We didn’t take the easy road to get here — and that’s exactly the point.

The Farm — Ben Luc, Long An

📍 Location: Ben Luc District, Long An Province — 45 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City, situated in the heart of the Mekong Delta with access to rich alluvial soil and a year-round growing climate.

🌱 Organic from day one: Sunny Harvest was established as an organic farm from founding. No transition period, no legacy chemical use. The land was prepared for certified organic production from the start.

🌤️ Year-round climate: Long An’s tropical climate supports continuous crop cycles. We stagger planting across plots to maintain supply across 43 varieties throughout the year.

🚚 Direct supply: Harvested to order and delivered within 24 hours of harvest. We supply directly to buyers — no middlemen, no cold storage delays.

Our Team — Five People. One Shared Standard.

Sunny Harvest is run by a small, dedicated team. Everyone here chose organic farming deliberately — and that commitment shows in how we work.

Sam Nguyen — Founder & Director. Oversees strategy, buyer relationships, and organic certification. Built Sunny Harvest from the ground up.

Tùng — Production Engineer. Manages planting schedules, soil health, and crop planning across all 43 varieties. Agriculture background from Ben-Gurion University.

Ti — Head Farmer. Leads day-to-day field operations and harvest. Responsible for quality control from seed to pick.

Thoa — Farm Coordinator. Coordinates planting schedules and harvest timing between production and supply planning.

Tien — Operations. Manages labour, post-harvest logistics, and delivery coordination.

How We Farm

Our organic system plan is maintained continuously and available to certification inspectors and supply partners on request.

🚧 No synthetic inputs: Zero synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilisers. All inputs are approved under our organic system plan and logged by batch and application date.

🌍 Soil-first philosophy: We build soil health through composting, cover cropping, and crop rotation. Healthy soil is the foundation of consistent, quality organic produce.

📖 Field diary — every harvest: Every crop is logged with field plot, planting date, inputs, harvest date, and yield. Maintained per OneCert and USDA NOP requirements.

🐛 Integrated pest management: Biological controls, companion planting, and physical barriers first. Any approved inputs must be on the OMRI/NOP allowed substances list.

Our Certifications

🌿 OneCert International: Vietnam’s leading organic certification body, widely accepted by domestic retailers, organic shops, and regional export supply chains. Renewed annually through third-party inspection.

🌿 USDA NOP (National Organic Program): The United States Department of Agriculture’s global organic standard — recognised by premium retailers, international distributors, and export markets worldwide. Certificate copies available to all supply partners.

Our Supply Partners

VSTP — Nguyen Dinh Quyen: Organic shop and distribution partner for certified organic produce across the HCMC market. A founding supply relationship built on consistent weekly delivery and strict quality standards.

LARIA — Vo Thanh Loc: Farmers market operator and distribution partner reaching health-conscious consumers across Southern Vietnam. A key channel for Sunny Harvest’s certified organic produce.

Where We’re Going

Sunny Harvest is building something bigger than a supply chain. We’re building the model for how certified organic farming can work in Vietnam — and beyond.

🌾 More varieties: Expanding our crop calendar to serve more buyer categories, including export and premium hospitality.

📚 Sharing knowledge: Vietnam needs more certified organic farms. We’re working toward consulting and training for other farms pursuing certification.
